Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform:

by means of a clear written statement (e.g. email) of the decision to withdraw from the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal to be sent before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If the consumer withdraws from the contract, all payments received, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which the notification of withdrawal is received.

The refund may be withheld until the goods have been received back or the consumer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

The consumer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

– Custom-made or clearly personalized goods
– Goods that have been installed, modified, or used beyond what is necessary to assess their nature and functioning
