Terms & Conditions & Pre-Contractual Information
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders and pre-orders placed via the online shop operated by
A.A. Studio – Product Engineering e.U.
Deviating terms of the customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. Main Characteristics of the Goods
The products offered are technical cycling components, including titanium bolts for bicycle cleat systems.
Detailed product descriptions, technical specifications, intended use, torque limits, installation requirements, and safety information are provided on the respective product pages.
The customer is responsible for ensuring compatibility with their bicycle and cleat system prior to purchase.
4. Prices, Taxes and Fees
All prices are stated in Euro (EUR).
Prices include applicable Austrian VAT unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Payment Methods
The available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payment is due immediately upon placing an order or pre-order.
The contract is concluded once payment has been successfully processed.
6. Delivery Time and Pre-Orders
Products marked as “Pre-Order” are not available for immediate delivery.
Estimated shipping will commence from mid-February 2026.
By placing a pre-order, the customer expressly agrees to a delivery period exceeding the standard statutory delivery period of 30 days.
Delivery dates are non-binding estimates and may be subject to change due to production processes, quality control, supply chain disruptions, or logistical circumstances beyond reasonable control.
If delivery becomes impossible, the customer will be informed without undue delay and any payments made will be refunded.
7. Delivery and Transfer of Risk
Delivery is available worldwide to the address provided by the customer.
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes only upon physical delivery of the goods to the consumer.
For business customers, the risk passes upon handover of the goods to the shipping service provider.
International shipments may be subject to additional customs procedures depending on the destination country.
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform

by means of a clear written statement (e.g., email).
The burden of proof regarding the exercise of the withdrawal right lies with the consumer.
9. Model Withdrawal Form
Customers may use the following model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory:
“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the following goods:
[Order number / product]
Ordered on / received on:
Name of consumer:
Address of consumer:
Date and signature (if submitted on paper)”
10. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
– Custom-made or personalized goods
– Goods that have been installed, used, or altered beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning
11. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with Austrian law.
The statutory warranty period for consumers is two years from delivery.
Titanium bolts are technical components subject to mechanical stress and wear.
Normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, exceeding specified torque values, use outside intended application, or failure to follow installation instructions may exclude warranty claims.
12. Liability
A.A. Studio – Product Engineering e.U. shall be liable without limitation for:
– Intent and gross negligence
– Personal injury
– Mandatory statutory liability
In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
13. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of A.A. Studio – Product Engineering e.U. until full payment has been received.
14. Applicable Law
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.
15. Jurisdiction
For business customers, the competent court in Vienna, Austria, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
For consumers, statutory jurisdiction rules apply.
